So to overcome this problem you can cook the lobsters in your own house. The making of lobsters is really easy and there are many ways on how you can cook your lobsters. This may include baking, steaming and boiling but the easiest way to cook them is through boiling.
As you have decided to make your own lobsters than it is necessary to purchase few lobsters from the seafood market. It has been found that most of the people don’t choose to cook live lobsters. But however this is wrong because if you want to eat fresh lobsters you must cook live lobsters. After buying the lobsters put them aside and take the pot where you can easily put the whole lobsters. Afterwards, you must fill the pot with full of water and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Than simply heat the water and boil. As the water gets completely boiled now its time to put the lobsters into that boiling water. However you must make sure to put the claws of the lobster first.
As you put the lobster inside the pot than you simply have to cook them. The timing for your cooking depends upon the weight of your lobster. Suppose if your lobster is approximately 1 pound than you need to cook your lobster for up to five minutes. This means that as you increase the weight of your lobster to1/2 pound, than you need to increase the cooking time to up to three minutes. As your lobster gets cooked appropriately you can turn off the heat and remove the lobsters using kitchen tongs. However as you put out from the heat directly serve them for eating or otherwise the meat of the lobsters will again get tough and you would not enjoy eating lobsters in that particular state.
So making lobsters in the house is really easy and also you do not need to spend much money. You can simply enjoy your cooked lobsters along with the help of melted butter that adds more taste to it.
